Access to data in Banner is based on job duties. Therefore, users may require access to multiple Banner modules.
There are two methods to request access based on modules: ServiceNow forms and PDF forms. ITS and the Data Governance Council are working to convert all of the PDF Banner Access forms to ServiceNow.
If you are unsure of what to request, please have your supervisor contact the appropriate Data Steward listed with the Data Governance Council. This applies to both initial requests and any additional needs due to job duty changes.
To remove Banner data access from a user or account, please submit the Remove Banner Access form in ServiceNow.
